AI on Mac for growing teams.

Your team is already using AI. The questions are which tool, what they pasted into it, and what it costs once everyone adopts it. We supply the Mac computers, set them up to run AI on the device, write the one-page policy, and prove it on your own work.

Three questions we start with

The answers decide what the pilot should prove — and whether you need one at all.

Where does sensitive data go today?

Someone asks a consumer chat tool to summarize a contract, a patient file or a client’s financials. That text now lives somewhere you don’t control, and your confidentiality obligations don’t stop at the browser.

What happens to the cost as adoption grows?

Per-seat and per-use AI pricing is small on day one and large the day the whole team adopts it. The bill scales with every win.

What AI work are you actually doing?

Summaries, first drafts, pulling figures out of PDFs, translation. Most of what a growing team needs is document work that runs well on the Mac on the desk — once someone sets it up.

Why on a Mac you own

Privacy by design

The model runs on the device. What never leaves the Mac can’t leak, can’t be retained by a vendor and doesn’t need a procedural workaround. The report shows you where each workflow’s data lived.

Predictable cost

Hardware you own, used every day for everything else, replaces a subscription line that grows with every person who adopts the tool.

The right tool for the right job

Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google’s assistant keeps the mailbox and the calendar. The Mac takes the work that must not leave — client files, contracts, notes, drafts. Hybrid, not either-or.

From procurement to proof

One package — devices, deployment, policy, integration and pilot — from a single team.

  1. Pick the workflows and the people

Together we choose two document-heavy tasks your team does every week and who will run them. That sets how many Mac computers you need and which ones.

  2. Size, quote and supply

AvantCIO, an Apple Authorized Reseller, specifies and supplies the Mac computers and AppleCare. Already have recent Mac computers with Apple silicon? We’ll say honestly whether they’re enough.

  3. Deploy, configure and connect

Enrolled in Apple Business Manager and your device management, models and the acceptable-use policy configured, connected to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace files so the work is where people expect it. Nothing leaves the device.

  4. Run it with your people

Your team uses AI on real work for the length of the pilot, with the one-page policy in place from day one and support from us throughout.

  5. Measure and decide

A report built on what actually happened: time saved per workflow, confirmation of where data lived, what to keep, what to change, and what extending it to more of the team would involve.

Who it’s for
  • Owner-led businesses and firms that handle client, patient or financial information.
  • Accounting and law offices, clinics, engineering and consulting firms with confidentiality obligations.
  • Businesses planning a device refresh or adding seats, who want the new machines to earn their keep from day one.
  • Teams that already run Mac on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and want more out of the platform.
After the pilot
Most pilots end one of three ways: extend AI on Mac to more of the team on the same approach, add a shared AI Mac for a department, or fold it into a broader Mac deployment. Larger organizations move to the enterprise program. We tell you which one the numbers support, and we deploy it.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace Microsoft 365 Copilot?
No. Copilot stays where it earns its keep. AI on the Mac takes the work that must not leave the business.
Do we have to buy new Mac computers?
The pilot is built around Mac computers that AvantCIO sizes, supplies and deploys for the AI work you’ll run. If you already have recent Mac computers with Apple silicon, raise it on the discovery call — we’ll tell you honestly whether they’re enough.
What happens to the devices after the pilot?
They’re yours. They stay enrolled in your device management, secured and supported, and become part of your fleet whether or not you extend the AI rollout.
Is the data really private?
The models run on the device. Nothing is sent to a cloud service, and the report shows you exactly where each workflow’s data lived.
Does it work in French?
Yes. The workflows, the policy and the report are delivered in French or English, and the models handle both.

Ready to see it on your own work?

Book a discovery call. We’ll decide together whether the pilot is the right first step, how many Mac computers it takes, and which two workflows to start with.
