Enterprise AI on Mac

On-device AI across a department or a fleet — Mac computers procured, deployed and managed, models and policy configured, integrated with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and your line-of-business systems, and run as a program with the governance a larger organization needs. From procurement to service delivery, one accountable partner.

Three questions we start with

The answers decide which work belongs on the device, which stays in the cloud, and what the program has to prove to your leadership.

Where does sensitive data go during AI work today?

Client records, patient files, contracts, proprietary process data. If the answer is “into a browser tab”, the organization is relying on procedure where it needs architecture.

How are AI costs changing as adoption grows?

Per-seat and per-use pricing is manageable for a pilot and a different conversation across a department. The bill grows with every person who adopts the tool, and with every busy month.

What AI work are you actually running?

Summarizing, drafting, extracting, translating, searching your own documents. Most of it is document work that runs on a Mac with Apple silicon on the desk — sized, configured and managed properly.

Why on-device, on a Mac you own

Privacy by architecture

The model runs on the device. Data that never leaves the Mac can’t leak, isn’t retained by a vendor, and doesn’t need a review process to stay inside the organization. The audit trail shows where each workflow’s data lived.

Cost that doesn’t scale with headcount

Mac computers you own, in use every day for everything else, replace a subscription line that grows with adoption. The thousandth document costs what the first one did.

Hybrid by design

Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google’s assistant keeps the mailbox, the calendar and the meeting notes. On-device AI takes the work that must not leave. We design which is which, by role and by data classification.

From procurement to integration

One program — architecture, devices, deployment, integration, rollout and operations — from a single accountable team.

  1. Assess and architect

Which workloads belong on the device and which stay in the cloud, by role and by data classification. The acceptable-use policy, the governance model, and the measures leadership will see.

  2. Procure

Fleet sizing, quotes and supply as an Apple Authorized Reseller — Mac computers and AppleCare — aligned with your refresh cycle, or built on the devices you already own.

  3. Deploy and manage

Apple Business Manager with Intune or Jamf, zero-touch at scale, models and policy configured on every device, the same security as the rest of the fleet.

  4. Integrate

Identity, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace files, and your line-of-business systems connected so the work is where people expect it. Where a custom application is needed, we design the integration and work with your developers or software vendors.

  5. Roll out by department

A first cohort on real workflows, measured, then phased rollout to the next department with what was learned. Training and support at each step.

  6. Operate and govern

Policy enforced, models and devices kept current, usage and savings measured, and reporting to leadership that answers the three questions we started with.

Where it fits

On-device AI earns its place wherever the data must stay, the network can’t be relied on, or the cost of cloud AI grows faster than the value.

Financial services

Client financials, portfolio notes and compliance documents summarized and drafted without leaving the firm.

Healthcare and clinics

Patient records and clinical notes processed on the device, with the confidentiality a care environment requires.

Insurance

Policy documents and claims files reviewed and drafted locally, with costs that don’t spike when volume does.

Legal and professional services

Contracts, briefs and client files worked on-device, with the record of where the data lived that a client or a bar association may ask for.

Manufacturing and engineering

Process documentation, specifications and proprietary data searched and summarized on the floor and in the office, without connectivity dependence.

Public sector and non-profits

Citizen and member information handled under data-residency and privacy obligations, on hardware the organization controls.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace Microsoft 365 Copilot?
No. The program is hybrid by design. Copilot and cloud models keep the work they do well; on-device AI takes the work that must not leave the organization. We decide which is which by role and data classification, and document it.
Do you build custom AI applications?
We design the architecture and the integration with your identity, your files and your line-of-business systems, and we deploy and manage the result. Where a custom application is needed, we work with your developers or your software vendors rather than build it ourselves.
What about our Windows users?
The on-device program is built on Mac computers with Apple silicon. Windows users keep cloud AI where it fits, and both fleets are managed in the same console with the same policies. Many programs start with the roles that handle the most sensitive data.
How is it governed?
An acceptable-use policy people can read on one page, data classification that decides what runs where, device management that enforces it, and reporting that shows leadership where data lived and what the program saved.
Do we have to buy the hardware from you?
No. We can supply Mac computers and AppleCare as an Apple Authorized Reseller, aligned with your refresh cycle, or deploy on the devices you already own or buy through your existing channel. The deployment and the program are the same either way.
