Technology Review

A 60-minute working session on the technology question in front of you — whether you’re the owner making the call alone, a manager who needs a sounding board, or a leadership team deciding together. Start from one of six recommended topics, or tell us what’s on your mind and we’ll build the session around it. You leave with a clear strategy, concrete next steps, and a report written for your situation.

Six recommended sessions — or one built for you

These are the conversations owners, managers, and leadership teams ask for most. Each comes with its own agenda. If your question sits between them, or outside them, we’ll shape the hour around what you actually need.

Technology budgeting

How technology gets requested, approved, and renewed · lease or buy, OpEx or CapEx · who negotiates renewals and end-of-service · build or buy. You leave knowing where money leaks and what a sound purchasing process looks like for a company your size.

AI and automation

Where AI is already in use, officially or not · what it touches and what data it sees · the skills you have to run it · a realistic 12-month roadmap. You leave with an acceptable-use position and the first use cases worth doing properly.

Cyber security

How risk is assessed today · whether an incident response plan exists and has been tested · how people are trained · what protects your sensitive data. You leave with the gaps ranked by consequence to your business, not by vendor pitch.

Employee experience

Do the tools fit the way people work · how onboarding and training land · how feedback is gathered and acted on · how remote collaboration really goes. You leave with the frictions costing you the most time and what removing them would take.

Data management

Who owns which data and where it lives · who can see it · how it informs decisions · Law 25 and client obligations. You leave with a map of your data and the first governance decisions to make.

Applications and devices

The inventory and the redundancies · lifecycle from purchase to retirement · how the pieces talk to each other · compliance. You leave with a rationalization list and a renewal plan that fits your budget cycle.

How it works

  1. Choose a topic — or describe your own

Pick the recommended session closest to the decision in front of you, or tell us the question in your own words and we’ll build the agenda around it. Not sure which comes first? Book the 15-minute discovery call and we’ll help you choose.

  2. Book

Come alone or bring whoever should be in the room — a partner, your finance lead, the person who runs IT today. One person is fine; three to five works too. Pick a time that works for you.

  3. Sixty minutes, agenda-led

We run the hour to the agenda. You answer honestly; we note what’s working, what isn’t, and what it would take to fix. Part review, part coaching from someone who has sat in the CIO chair. No slides, no pitch.

  4. A report written for you

Not a template. A report built on what we heard in the room — where you stand on this topic, the strategy we recommend and why, the concrete next steps with owners and sequence, and what it would take to get there, with us or without us.

Who it’s for
  • Business owners and managers who want a sounding board — an hour of straight talk and coaching from a CIO before they decide.
  • Leadership teams facing one technology decision and wanting an outside view before they commit.
  • Businesses heading into a renewal, a budget cycle, or an insurance or client questionnaire.
  • Anyone without a CIO who wants a senior opinion for an hour, not a retainer.

Frequently asked questions

What if our question doesn’t fit one of the six topics?
Then we build the session around it. The six are the conversations we’re asked for most, not a menu you have to pick from. Describe the decision when you book and we’ll send you the agenda before the call.
Do I need a leadership team to book this?
No. Many sessions are one owner or one manager and a decision they need to make. Bring whoever should be in the room, or come alone — the hour is built around you either way.
Which topic should we start with?
If one is obviously urgent, start there. If you’re not sure, book the 15-minute discovery call — that’s exactly what it’s for — and we’ll tell you which session makes sense first.
Can we book more than one?
Yes. Many teams start with budgeting or security and come back for a second session once the first set of actions is underway. Each is scoped and reported separately.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. It’s a working session with an agenda. The report is yours, and the recommendations stand whether or not we ever work together again.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. Bring what you know. If you have a current inventory, a budget, or a policy document, it helps — but we’ll work without one.

One hour. Your question. A clear way forward.
